Put simply, The Glittery Hands Box is a monthly subscription box filled with Craft supplies. Each month the box is subtly themed, it could be anything from mermaids, The 90's or pineapples. Every month your box will contain at least two reusable high-quality pieces, such as Ink pads, tools, paints- items that will be the perfect addition to your craft tool box. The box will also contain lots of bits and pieces such as papers, sequins, buttons, gems all of those pieces you swoon over on the daily. Of course, there will always be GLITTER!

Find out more here! Every month the box contains original hand illustrated papers, a colouring sheet, stickers and Cut-out card shapes. It also always contains hand mixed glitter and sequin packs. Each month the contents vary to match the monthly theme, but previous boxes have contained some of the following craft supplies: Clear Stamps, Acrylic Paint, Iron-on Glitter Letters, Ink Pads, Fimo Clay, Hama Beads, Copper Foil, Buttons, Ribbon, Alpha Stickers, Gel pens, Beads, Metallic Thread, Cookie Cutters, Double Sided tape, Glue Pen, Patches, Pom-Poms, Weaving Looms, Embroidery Hoops, Gems, Craft wire, Metallic Markers, Blank Cards,Pom Pom makers,Decoupage paper, Water Brushes, Fabric paint, Twine, Feathers and loads more! Finally, each box comes with an illustrated quote card, with a Mini magazine.

We can't pause a subscription indefinitely, however we do have the ability to skip a month or two: • You can skip your next renewal if you just need a quick break! To do this, login to your Glittery Hands Box account and click “Edit” under your subscription on the right hand side of the screen. You'll see the "Skip Next Renewal" button at the top of the page. • If you need more than a month break, we can change your renewal date to whatever date you'd like. Just email us at emma@theglitteryhandsbox.co.uk with the date you'd like your next renewal to be moved to and we'll get it taken care of for you.

To update the credit card on file, follow these steps: 1 Log into your Glittery Hands Box Account 2 Click on the "edit" button in the bottom of the "Credit Card" section at the bottom of your account page. 3 Update your credit card details 4 Click “Save"

Since we've already processed your card for your first month, we won't be able to retroactively apply the coupon. However, if you email us at emma@theglitteryhandsbox.co.uk with the coupon you were trying to use, we can apply it to your next renewal.

Please make sure you do notify us of a cancelation, otherwise the system will continue to attempt to take payment from you.

We have subscribers of all ages! I would say starting from age 7/8, we have lots of 9 year old subscribers! But as the box is aimed at adults please do drop me a message at emma@theglitteryhandsbox.co.uk so I can tailor your box to any younger subscribers!

At sign up, just add each subscription individually to your cart. Initially, you'll have to address all subscriptions to the same person/address. Once you've processed your order, you can login to your account to update the address on each individual subscription.

Yes you can. Grab a one off subscription, this will send you the next months box, shipped on the 15th. You will need to have subscribed to this box before the 1st of that month.

Don't panic! We're here to help! You can always check out our Blog where you will find new DIY's monthly that will tie in with the contents of your box. You can also shimmy on over to www.pinterest.com/emmajewellcrafts where you'll find inspiration boards and DIY's coming out of your glittery ears.

Due to the nature of The Glittery Hands Box, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with the contents of your box please email me at emma@theglitteryhandsbox.co.uk and I will try my hardest to sort it out for you.

All customer details are kept under lock and key. I have no access to any credit card or payment information.

Billing occurs on the 25th of the month every month.

Yes Paypal is available on all subscriptions and one-off purchases.

Unfortunately you cannot track your Glittery Hands Box, in an effort to keep postal costs low for you we send our parcels first class Royal Mail.

Yes, you will receive a shipping notice by email once we have popped your box into the post office. This will happen on or around the 15th of the month.

We ship worldwide baby! Shipping costs are as follows: UK/Ireland: £2.00 Rest of world: £5.00

To update your shipping address: 1 Log into your Glittery Hands Box Account 2 Click on the "edit" button in the bottom of the "Shipping Address" section in the middle of the page. 3 Update your existing address or add a new address 4 Click "Save" Note: If you've added a new address, you'll need to update the address on file for your subscription as well. To do this: 1 Click on the "edit" button in the bottom of the "Your Subscription(s)" box on the right side of the page. 2 Select the new address from the drop down menu 3 Click “Change"

Each box is sent First Class Royal Mail. Boxes subscribed to before the 1st of the month are shipped on the 15th of the month. Delivery times: UK: 1-5 days Europe: 3-5 days Rest of world: 5-7 days Please also bear in mind that boxes posted around Christmas and Bank holidays may take longer to get to you. If you still havent received your box, please drop us an email at emma@theglitteryhandsbox.co.uk and I will do my best to assist you.

You will receive a recommend a friend card in your first subscription, this will have a code personal to you on it. If you share this with a friend they will receive money off, and we will take £1 off of your subscription every month. If you know a friend has successfully used their code and you haven’t seen the money be taken off your account please let us know and we will sort it out!

Once you've purchased a gift card, you will receive an email with the details of the purchase and how to redeem. You can either forward this email on to the gift recipient, or print it out for hand delivery. Gift cards can be used toward any regular subscription or any gift subscription. To redeem a gift card, the recipient will enter the gift code at checkout. The gift recipient can check the balance of their gift card at any time by logging into their account.

Yes you can, we personally hand write out each gift message and pop it into the first box of a gift subscription. You must click gift subscription at the checkout and enter your gift message.

Please note that we will send the gift subscription the same way we send our normal subscription, with Glittery Hands Box branding on the front. If you want the box to be a surprise and don't want the recipient to know what it is when they recieve it, then please order it to a different address or send us a message at emma@theglitteryhandsbox.co.uk so we can remove the sticker branding. (Please be aware that it will have our business name and return address on it as we have to follow the Royal Mails' regulations) If it is a Birthday or Christmas gift you don’t want opened until a certain date, please consider getting it delivered to your own address.
