What’s Halloween without a lot of glitter? These glittery skulls are super easy and perfect for last minute (but super stylish) party decor!
YOU WILL NEED:
Polystyrene skull*
PVA Glue
Red glitter
Spoon
STEP ONE:
Mix up a thick glitter paste with glitter, PVA and water. You want it to be gloopy and runny.
STEP TWO:
Use a spoon to drip the glitter paste onto the skull. Allow it to drip down the skull.
Once dry, Hang your spooky skulls up for easy Halloween party decor!
